When Sukeerthi Pathapalli enrolled in the Master of Management program at UNF, the goal was to gain practical business knowledge and develop skills that could make an immediate impact. What followed was a journey of growth that strengthened technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the confidence to take on increasingly complex challenges.

Now, Sukeerthi works as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager at a global clinical research organization, using data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. From hands-on learning and work-integrated experiences to mentorship from faculty, every step helped transform classroom learning into real-world impact.

The result is more than a career milestone. It's a reflection of what can happen when determination, opportunity, and lifelong learning come together.
