With two locations to choose from, there are more accommodations available to better suit your lifestyle. Our residences offer furnished private and double-occupancy suites.

Lundy’s Lane
Be in the centre of it all, close to restaurants and shopping
Located on the historic Lundy’s Lane, this residence is centrally situated in one of Niagara Falls’ popular dining, shopping, and entertainment districts.
Choose from double-occupancy suites and a limited number of private suites.
Standard features of the double-occupancy suites include twin-sized beds, nightstands, study desks and chairs, and wardrobes for each occupant. In addition, each room is fitted with a kitchenette suitable for light cooking and food preparation, as well as a three-piece bathroom.
Single-occupancy suites have queen-sized beds, in addition to a study desk and chair, nightstand, and wardrobe.

Overlooking the Niagara River, this residence located just steps from downtown and the UNF campus keeps you connected to everything you need.
There are flexible double-occupancy units available at this residence for couples and siblings. Configurations include rooms with one or two bed options.
All units are equipped with a nightstand, study space, and wardrobe for each occupant. Each room is fitted with a kitchenette suitable for light cooking and food preparation, as well as an en-suite bathroom.
