The Award is open to young people between the ages of 18 and 24 who are enrolled as students at UNF during the duration of the Award. If you are passionate about personal development and ready to take on new challenges, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

You should only apply if you are committed to completing the program while studying at UNF.

You will have to complete challenges in the four key sections to successfully get your Bronze Award. This will include completing volunteer hours through community service, improving yourself through the development of skills, challenging yourself to improve your health and fitness, and then completing an adventurous journey with a group of peers.

  • Take on new challenges: Completing the Award demonstrates you’ve established constructive habits, persevered through challenges, and seek continuous growth.
  • Grow your network: When completing the Award, you will work with others and seek consistent feedback. The Award expands your network, increases opportunities, and builds mentors and references.
  • Maximize your resume: From highlighting the Award on your resume, to showcasing your Award in interviews, and confidently communicating your new skills, you can leverage your Award to help prepare for your next challenge.
  • Build soft skills: You will be a step ahead if you can demonstrate to potential employers or schools that you are motivated, accountable, and can productively communicate and work with others.
