Prospective students can explore mini lectures, campus tours, application assistance this Saturday
Future students, families, and community members are invited to experience campus life firsthand at University of Niagara Falls Canada’s annual Spring Open House on Saturday afternoon. This is an all-access opportunity to explore UNF’s innovative programs, meet faculty, and envision what’s next.
Taking place Saturday, March 28 from 1 to 5 p.m., the Open House will feature guided campus tours, interactive mini lectures, and on-site application support for those ready to take the next step. Attendees will also get an exclusive sneak peek at UNF’s new science labs and virtual reality suite, offering a glimpse into the cutting-edge space that will support hands-on learning and research.
Faculty members and associate deans will be available throughout the day to connect with visitors, answer questions, and provide insight into UNF’s undergraduate and graduate programs, including exciting new offerings launching this fall like the Honours Bachelor of Science in Bioveterinary Science, Master of Arts in Applied Social Psychology, Master of Computer Science in Applied Artificial Intelligence, and Master of Health Care Management programs.
“Open House is one of the best ways to get a true feel for the energy and opportunities that define our campus,” said Scott Slaney, Director of Domestic Recruitment at UNF. “Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or ready to apply, we’re here to support every step of your journey.”
Designed to welcome the next generation of learners, Open House is an opportunity for prospective students to explore student life at UNF and learn more about academic pathways and entrance awards available to them. All Canadian students who enrol in a 2026 program will automatically receive the Canada Community Appreciation Award, valued at $9,612 for undergraduate programs and up to $7,200 for master’s programs.
The day will also include swag giveaways and a free bus tour of Niagara for those looking to learn more about the area they may soon call home.
Prospective students and guests are encouraged to register in advance. For more details or to register, visit the Open House event page.
