Zeeshan Ahmad

Zeeshan Ahmad is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the University of Niagara Falls Canada. He earned his BEng in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan in 2001 and MSc in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan in 2005.

Zeeshan joined the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Biomedical Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) in 2015, earned his MEng in 2017, and earned his Ph.D. in 2021 with specialization in Deep Learning for Computer Vision. From 2021 to 2024, Zeeshan worked as Postdoctoral Fellow at Toronto Metropolitan University. His teaching and research include data analytics, multimodal machine learning, physiological signal processing, and computer vision.
