Sina Rad

PhD, MSc, BEngAssistant Professor, Master of Management, UNF Faculty

Sina (Bahramirad) Rad is an assistant professor in the Master of Management program at UNF, who specializes in emerging technologies in management. He holds a PhD in management from the University of Guelph, Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, focusing on organizational leadership. He also has a MSc in computer science and a BEng in software engineering.

Sina has published papers in reputable journals, including the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences/Revue Canadienne des Sciences de l’Administration, presented his research at international conferences, and served as a reviewer for top academic journals. His research interests include machine learning and textual analysis, business analytics, and understanding how technologies are impacting management. He also has extensive teaching experience, having taught courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels in different universities.
