Param Singh
With more than a decade of experience, Param has taught a diverse array of graduate and undergraduate courses in business economics, applied statistics, and international business across various universities. He holds a PhD in Regional/Urban Economy.
His current research bridges international relations and the global economy in an era of digital transformation, offering a nuanced perspective on how state policies, geopolitical shifts, and transnational institutions influence business environments, regional development, and cross-border economic strategies. He is particularly interested in the impact of digitalization across sectors, with a focus on how innovations such as digital money and emerging payment infrastructures are reshaping the international monetary system, altering capital flows, and redefining trade relations between countries.
Param has regularly taught courses in business statistics and international business, equipping students with both quantitative tools and critical insights into today’s fast-evolving global economy. Through his work in the classroom and in mentoring students, he views teaching not as a one-way transfer of knowledge but as a dynamic and ongoing journey of mutual learning.
