Naila Aaijaz
Naila Aaijaz is a distinguished academic and associate professor with a rich background in business, project management, and educational technology. Her academic career includes notable positions at reputed universities and provincial colleges in Canada and globally.
Naila’s research is extensive, focusing on artificial intelligence (AI), HR analytics, and IoT-based systems, and she has secured patents in AI-driven decision-making models. With more than 30 published articles and numerous books, her scholarly contributions are substantial. Her latest books include Green Marketing: Driving Sustainability and Innovation and Global Dynamics: Navigating the World of International Business. Additionally, she is working on The Art and Science of Talent Acquisition: 50 Global Case Studies.
Naila integrates advanced technology and Al/Ml-based teaching methods to enhance the educational experience for her students. She has received several accolades for her contributions to academia and her community work, notably as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
