Mohammad Nozari

Mohammad Nozari is a passionate scholar-practitioner, researcher, author, and professor. With over 25 years of proven service excellence, he has led strategy development, organizational transformations, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of technology solutions.

A software engineer and computer scientist by education, Mohammad holds an MBA in Leadership with Honours and Distinction from the University of Liverpool and a PhD in Management, Information Systems from Walden University, where he pioneered an interdisciplinary field using biomimicking of intelligent swarms and team management.

An effective collaborator and network builder, Mohammad knows how to work within internal and external organizational structures globally, while achieving high degrees of cultural intelligence. He is also an expert in cost-reduction strategies, having led efforts to identify solutions that drive efficiency and balance costs and acceptable risks.

Experienced in fintech, health, back-office, automation, control, and telecommunications, Mohammad has taught at various institutions, including York University and the University of Niagara Falls Canada. His diverse experience helps him teach and mentor students in areas such as technology, project management, leadership, and communications.

Mohammad has written books and papers on software development, networks, and leadership, and continues to explore the intersections of management, technology, biology, history, and industrial design through ongoing research.
