Melanie Sodka
Melanie Sodka is an award-winning professor, speaker, and capacity management expert with extensive experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. She teaches management, entrepreneurship, and emerging technology courses at institutions including University of Niagara Falls Canada and Niagara College.
Melanie is the founder of Capacity Creator and the creator of the Burnout Prevention Method™, a licensed framework used by organizations to improve performance and well-being. Her work bridges academic research with real-world application, and she has been recognized through multiple teaching, leadership, and community awards for her impact on students, professionals, and the Niagara region.
