Shaheen Shariff is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Management program at the University of Niagara Falls Canada. She holds a PhD and MBA in Business Management and brings over a decade of academic and industry experience spanning higher education and corporate learning.

Her career includes roles at Export Development Canada, where she led global training initiatives and organizational development programs. Shaheen’s research and teaching focus on organizational culture, leadership, and human resource development. A Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), she is passionate about fostering inclusive and transformative learning environments that prepare future leaders for global success.
