Holly Ann Catalfamo
Holly is a 3M Fellow, award-winning educator, senior organizational leader, and management consultant with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Toronto, focused on leadership and leadership development, and a master’s degree in public administration. For over two decades, Holly has supported organizations in building leadership capacity. She has shared her expertise globally as Senior Director of Global Education and Training at Niagara College and as a HR Business Manager with the Ontario Public Service. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Master of Management program at the University of Niagara Falls Canada. Her research and publications on gender equality underscore her commitment to inclusive workplaces.
