Agent Marketing Manual

The following guidelines are intended to provide direction for UNF agents to promote our brand consistently. As our university continues to evolve, so does our brand and these guidelines.

Your UNF representative is your primary contact for information and requests about UNF.

When you are creating any promotional marketing assets for UNF such as a social media graphic, webinar, landing pages, brochures, flyers or videos, you must send it to your UNF representative for approval. The UNF representative will respond within two (2) business days and acknowledge the request has been received. The request will then be reviewed and sent back approved or with requested changes. Once the requested changes have been made, you must send it back to your UNF representative for final review and approval.

Agents and partners are not permitted to contact any UNF students either directly (unless they are a client) or through a paid ad. Agents and partners are also not permitted to contact any UNF faculty or staff. If you have a request, please send it to your UNF representative for approval and they will put you in touch with someone from UNF.

When referring to the university, please ensure to use our official full name or correct abbreviation:

University of Niagara Falls Canada or UNF.

Note, do not call it University of Niagara Falls, or use UNFC or UNF Canada as our acronym.

If you wish to support and promote UNF, note the following approved copy that can be used in your marketing materials.
