Sathy Srithar
Sathy Srithar earned his PhD in Management, Economics, Research and Information Technology (MERIT) from the University of Salford in Manchester, UK. He is a former professor and program coordinator of the Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resources Degree program within the Pilon School of Business at Sheridan Institute of Technology.
Specializing in business process management with a passionate research focus on ‘human resources management – human resources information systems’ relationship, Sathy’s past research raised awareness of the contribution of information technology to business process management.
Prior to embarking on his career in academia, Sathy worked as an information technology consultant and professional within the finance, banking, energy, and health care industries.
He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wales, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.
