Janki Shah
Janki Shah is an assistant professor and an accomplished, award-winning education leader with an extensive record of success in providing students with experiential and cross-disciplinary learning with superior analytical and management skills. She leverages an innovative vision for academic excellence and an exceptional student experience combined with strong leadership abilities that are inclusive and collaborative.
Janki holds a PhD in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Before joining the University of Niagara Falls Canada, Janki worked in various roles in academia and industry, bringing a combination of more than two decades of experience from Canada and the United States. Through her work, she focuses on creating an accessible and inclusive learning environment for learners with different learning styles that meets the needs of the twenty-first century.
Janki’s achievements transcend the academic realm and span across various competitions and beauty pageants, showcasing her remarkable capacity to empower and inspire others. Her ability to connect with and motivate individuals and her indomitable confidence serve as an inspiration to women striving to reach their full potential. Central to her mission is a fervent commitment to promoting self-confidence, self-expression, and personal growth, concepts she passionately advocates for.
