10 April 2025 - 08:00 AM to 09:00 AM

In this session, we’ll begin by reflecting on the application of early management practices and how they laid the foundation for today’s managerial approaches. We’ll then delve into the evolution of the Human Relations perspective, examining how research on human behaviour and workplace dynamics has reshaped modern management.

Following this, you’ll participate in an applied exercise focused on the role of emotional intelligence in a digital work environment. You’ll step into the shoes of a manager and brainstorm strategies to address the unique needs of employees in a digitally driven workplace.
